Needful Things will be hosting an indoor dollar sale on March 21st. This will be held inside of building one on the lower level in the new room that we have been renovating over the last couple months. This is great opportunity for all those treasure hunters to grab some great deals while we wait for spring to get here. Be sure to follow us on Facebook for updates and sneak peeks of what will be available. We will also be hosting dollar sale events in the spring and the Big Buck Sale which will take place in the Fall.
Needful Things Anniversary Event May 9th & 10th
Mother of a Sale over Mother's Day Weekend.
Needful Things will have its annual anniversary block party over Mother's Day weekend. We're calling it our (Mother of a Sale) event and will include closing of Harris Street from Cochran to our front door. Come down and join us during the event which will kick off at 10am on Saturday the March 9th until 6pm and continue Sunday the March 10th from 10am to 4pm. There will be over 200 venders set up inside and out with site wide sales and give aways all day. We look forward to seeing everyone and thank all of our customers, followers, and community for supporting on our journey and becoming a destination location. Needful Things offers Antiques, Uniques, Michigan Made, Crafts, Gifts, Thrifts and so much more. Not only are we a small business but each of our venders are also small businesses that includes crafters, artisans, antique dealers, jewelers, and more. Taking Venders Applications Now!!!
We are taking applications for Venders to participate in the anniversary event being held on May 9th and 10th. If you are interested in becoming a vender during this two-day event, please reach out to us at 1-517-983-5034. Spaces are limited and will fill up quickly. Each participant will receive a 12x12 space on Harris Street along the main parking area for the event.
The Oddities Festival Coming Septmber 5th & 6th 2026

Needful Things will be participating in the Oddities Festival and extending the block party down Harris Street from the Court House to our front door. Come down and join us during the event which will kick off at 10am on Saturday the September 5th until 6pm and continue Sunday September 6th from 10am to 4pm. There will be over 200 venders set up inside and out with site wide sales and give aways all day. Luna thought she would peek in on everyone
Our Needful Things mascot has been doing great and hopes to make a trip back to the store in the warmer weather this year. Luna enjoys playing in the boxes we make into caves for her, she will hide in them and jump out at us when we walk by. Ever since the vehicle crashed into our home, she has been very skittish and timid at noises. This is the main reason she has not been back to the store in some time. Be sure to follow the store page for updates and when she will be back.
